About Frazer, Evangelista & Company, LLC
Warren L Frazer, CPA established a Certified Public Accounting firm after working first in corporate accounting and then in public accounting for Ernst & Ernst. His goal in establishing his own practice was to provide accounting services to various businesses on a more personal level. Warren received his Masters in Business Administration from New York University. The firm operated in North Brunswick, NJ from 1972 until 1977. After five years of practice and growth, the Company moved to its present location on Livingston Avenue in New Brunswick, NJ. In 1994, Warren formed a partnership with Marylee R Evangelista, CPA and the firm changed its name from Frazer & Company to Frazer, Evangelista & Company in 1999. Both Warren and Marylee earned the designation of Certified Valuation Analyst by the National Association of Valuation Analysts, NACVA. NACVA is a national organization of professionals dedicated to the highest of standards in Business Valuation Services. Warren retired from the firm in 2002, but the firm continues to prosper under the direction of Marylee.
Evangelista & Associates, PC was founded by New Jersey entrepreneur, Ralph Evangelista, CPA in 1991. Ralph Evangelista received his Masters in Taxation from Seton Hall University in 1998. He is currently an Adjunct Professor at Monmouth University where he teaches Forensic Accounting to both Undergraduate and Graduate students. In addition to other volunteer positions he has held throughout the years, Ralph served as a member of the Board of Directors of the NJ Society of Certified Public Accountants from June 2007 to May 2009. Evangelista & Associates, PC has operated from its present offices on Route 18 in East Brunswick NJ since 2003.
In January of 2009, the two firms merged together under the name of Frazer, Evangelista & Company, LLC. The firm has retained both of its former locations in New Brunswick and East Brunswick to best serve its diverse clientele.
The firm serves most of its clients throughout the New Jersey/New York Metropolitan area, but also provides services for businesses and individuals in various other states.
